| In the 1970’s MENTOR DYNAMICS Ltd. pioneered the design and use of performance polymer liners to solve material flow and wear problems associated with the storage and handling of bulk materials. Initially, the company focused on liners for the cargo holds of self-unloading ships and barges, but today supplies flow promoting liner systems for a range of industrial applications, electric power plants, and for trucks and construction equipment. |
| Over the years, MENTOR has developed a number of proprietary fastening systems and other technical innovations to meet the demanding needs of high performance liner applications. MENTOR has an acknowledged reputation for design innovations quality workmanship and excellent service. |
| MENTOR DYNAMICS provides a full range of services including design, fabrication, and installation. MENTOR provides its liner products under several brand names, the most prominent of which is Dyna-Flo®, the Company’s brand that is used in the worldwide shipping industry, high-end industrial applications, and heavy-duty equipment applications. Dyna-Flo® is also the premier liner system used for on-road dump trucks. The Company’s dedication to customer service has earned it repeat business from its customers in all markets. |

| MENTOR custom designs each liner and component to
the customer’s exact application specifications. The Company uses a
computer aided design (CAD) system to prepare the required liner design
and fabrication specifications. In many cases, the Company relies on a
proprietary data base of hundreds of equipment specifications to
facilitate the design. After the design is completed, the data is
transferred to the computer controlled cutting equipment. |
| Engineering grade polymers are the result of advanced resin technology. The physical properties of a Dyna-Flo® liner
include excellent toughness, abrasion resistance and a low coefficient
of friction, properties that are ideally suited for liner applications.
The Company employs a sophisticated array of fastener systems designed for the specific installation. Many of the fastener systems that have been developed by the Company and are now the industry standard. |
