Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene
Dyna-Flo® liner materials have a history of performance in solving bulk flow and wear problems. Dyna-Flo® is the preferred lining material for on/off road dumps and other construction equipment, dock fendering, industrial hoppers, chutes, silos, coal bunkers, bottom dump railcars, and flyash handling equipment. Engineered solutions require different polymer formulations, which is why MENTOR DYNAMICS has modified basic UHMW-PE (Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) to formulations tailored to solve the problems our customers actually experience. With our Dyna-Flo® line of engineered polymer materials, our customers experience improved flow, abrasion, corrosion, and blunt force impact resistance.

Dyna-Flo® is specially formulated to meet the exacting needs of our customer's application. Three unique formulations offer a majority of our customer's the right liner material to solve their flow and wear issues. But, if one of these formulations does not meet your demanding application call us and we can recommend the appropriate formulation. Dyna-Flo® materials can be modified for anti-static, UV, oil (FDA & non-FDA), and steel-filled (paper plant) applications.
A blend of recycled and virgin UHMW-PE polymers. One of the lowest cost UHMW polymers available for non-food applications.

Coefficient of friction: <50% of polished stainless steel

MENTOR DYNAMICS staff of lining experts look at your individual application and recommend the installation design that will give you the best flow performance and wear-life. In most cases, our recommendations will not be a traditional design, but one that greatly reduces the number of fasteners in the flow stream, a great advantage in terms of wear and quicker installations. To complete the design, we will also recommend the appropriate fasteners to insure a proper installation.

Along with 30-years of installation knowledge, we have the most know-how in the industry when it comes to designing, bending, forming, and welding UHMW materials into component parts. Drop-in, one-piece liners are a specialty at MENTOR DYNAMICS.
