Now, you can have the performance benefits of a polymer liner, and the flexibility to install the liner at your convenience. Dyna-FloŽ hopper kits have been used for aggregate, feed, RAP, sand, and many other bulk materials. Our state-of-the-art design makes installation easy, and provides a surface that is optimized for uninterrupted material flow. Installation can be done by your personnel during down time, which usually means $$$ savings to you, and additional work for your employees.
All you have to do to get started is provide us with basic dimensions and application information. Simply complete our Hopper Kit Application Data & Dimensions Form ,or give us a call to discuss your needs. Either way, we will be able to get you a quote for a liner kit. Each kit is designed and fabricated to the dimensions supplied, and shipped with installation guidelines. A Dyna-FloŽ Liner system offers many advantages over steel or stainless substrates. Gauge for gauge polymer liners out wear stainless, do not corrode, and have a much lower Coefficient of Friction(COF). The lower COF of our liner material makes a big difference in improving the flow of bulk materials that stick or hang up on stainless steel. In addition, the Dyna-FloŽ liner will extend the wear life of your equipment. If your current set up also includes the use of machanical flow promoting devices, the installation of a Dyna-FloŽ liner may eliminate or greatly reduce the need for their use, and the operating costs associated with those devices. |
