The MENTOR family of products have enjoyed a long standing reputation as the materials of choice in bulk material handling applications.
MENTOR's family of ceramics and polymers have outstanding abrasion and corrosion resistance and ultra low coefficients of friction. Our ceramics and polymers set the standard for bulk material linings for hoppers, bins, chutes, conveyors, silos, bunkers, and on/off road dump bodies.
Now, new versatility has recently been added to our family of polymer materials. Our abrasion-resistant polymer materials offer two new enhancements: A weldable polymer which allows continuous, one-piece and drop-in liners, and new formulas that contain an added lubricant for improved surface lubricity and reduced bulk material adhesion.
With this new welding technology, one-

piece liners and components of all shapes and sizes are now available. Fewer flow stream obstacles (fasteners and seams) provide a smoother flow, longer and more even wear life for your application.
The new formula with added lubricant provides an improved release over a greater range of materials and temperatures. Tests of release properties have proven MENTOR materials superior for bulk materials such as: lignite, sub-bituminous coal, flyash, FGD (fluidized gas desulphurization), sludge, clay, aggregates and FDA applications.

The MENTOR family of products offer a flexible choice for your operation. With more than 30-years experience in industrial engineered polymers and ceramics, MENTOR's design staff is prepared to consult with you, then recommend the solution that best fits your application.

MENTOR DYNAMICS, Ltd. has been a leader in polymer and ceramic lining technology for over 30-years.

MENTOR DYNAMICS Polymers Answer These Needs:
Excellent clean out - Fine powders and wet sticky substances release quickly with MENTOR proprietary polymer formulas.
Seamless surfaces - Continuous sheets prevent materials from becoming embedded between lining sections.
Temperature flexibility - One-piece liners means fewer fasteners. Linings can expand and contract with temperature variations.
Extended surfaces - Longer chutes and auger liners, one-piece drag chain conveyorsurfaces, bunker and railcar lining - these are just a few of the possibilities with MENTOR's unique family of weldable polymers.
Limited fasteners - MENTOR's continuous, one-piece and drop-in liners require few fasteners, if any, which typically means quick and easy installations.
Optional Impact Area Plates
A MENTOR lining system can include area impact plates. These impact plates can be manufactured from one of a variety of impact abrasion resistant materials available from MENTOR DYNAMICS.
To help access your need for impact areas and other design parameters, please contact our experienced staff. We will consult with you and recommend the solution that best fits you application.

Complete Turn-key Capability
MENTOR's installation Technicians are trained to perform both conventional and one-piece installations. They are also available as Supervisors for your in-house maintenance crews. MENTOR Technicians are certified in First Aid, CPR and trained in confined space work. Before each project our Technicians undergo a complete safety orientation review.
