| Who We Are |
| In the 1970's, Mentor Dynamics pioneered the use of low friction, abrasion resistant polymer liners to improve the flow of materials. After thirty years, the company continues to find solutions to material sticking, equipment wear, and other bulk material handling problems. The services and materials we provide are outlined below: |
| Services We Provide |
| Design: |
The company has extensive experience in designing liner systems for industrial and marine applications. Design concepts range from "traditional" to "state of the art " and are tailored to match the specific application. |
| Fabrication: |
Liner systems are fabricated with computer controlled tools to help provide accurate parts and cost effective yields. |
| Installation: |
The company offers a range of installation options: "Turnkey projects" by the company's trained crews, project supervision only or consultation, and pre-fabricated liner kits for those who want to do their own installation. Our installers are safety trained and comply with current OSHA standards. |

| Materials We Use & Sell |
| From polymers to ceramics and a range of specialties, we choose the materials that best match the properties needed for the specific application. In some cases, a single type of liner material is a clear choice, but frequently, a combination of materials provide the best solution. If you prefer a Do-It-Yourself approach, we offer competitive prices on liner materials, fasteners and installation hardware. With our quality products, you can get the job done right! |

| Polymers: |
Dyna-Flo® polymers are low COF products that provide excellent release and long term abrasion resistance. These ultra high molecular weight polymers are available in a number of product grades: DF-2000, an economical reprocessed grade; DF-5000, an FDA compliant, 100% virgin natural white; or DF-8000, a premium, long wearing material for industral applications.
| | Ceramics: |
All of our ceramic liners are made from fine grain, high alumina (90%+) content that offer excellent mechanical properties and superior wear resistance. Products range from plain or weldable brick, to DynaWear™, a ceramic/urethane composite. For complex shapes or areas that need extreme impact resistance we offer DynaBon™, our thermally bonded ceramic liner.
|
| Specialty Materials: |
DynaThane™ polyurethane sheets are available in a variety of grades in plain or backed materials, Teflon®, and Polypropylene, are among some if the other specialty material that may be needed.
